Coronavirus: 41 new cases in the Moorlands


After a daily increase of just below 19,000 the total number of Coronavirus cases in the UK stands at just above 1,512,000.

Cases in Staffordshire County Council’s area have increased by 357 meaning it now has a total of 23,207 cases, of them 2,374 are in the Moorlands, an increase of 41.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s area has recorded a daily increase of 134 taking the total number of cases to 8,254.

The number of deaths in the UK have increased by 398 in the last 24 hours with an additional 141 added after a data error meant they weren’t published on the 21st of November taking the total to over 55,024.
